Common use of Extension of Time Clause in Contracts

Extension of Time. In the event that Executive breaches any covenant, obligation or duty in this Section 13, any such duty, obligation, or covenants to which the parties agreed by this Section 13 shall automatically toll from the date of the first breach, and all subsequent breaches, until the resolution of the breach through private settlement, judicial or other action, including all appeals. The duration and length of Executive’s duties and obligations as agreed by this Section 13 shall continue upon the effective date of any such settlement, or judicial or other resolution.

Extension of Time. In the event that Executive breaches any covenant, obligation or duty in this Section 1312, any such duty, obligation, or covenants to which the parties agreed by this Section 13 covenant shall automatically toll from the date of the first breach, and all subsequent breaches, until the resolution of the breach through private settlement, judicial or other action, including all appeals. The duration and length of Executive’s duties and obligations as agreed by this Section 13 12 shall continue upon the effective date of any such settlement, or judicial or other resolution.

The duration and length of Executive’s duties and obligations as agreed by this Section 13 Article 7 shall continue upon the effective date of any such settlement, or judicial or other resolution.
