Notification of Readiness for Interim Inspection for Punchlist Completion. Not more than 30 days after Material Completion, and upon completion of the Final Punchlist (including all Minor Items and such Permitted Incomplete Items as are due to be completed), the Contractor shall give the Design Professional and Owner written notice requesting inspection for Final Completion in the following words: “The work on the Contract for the [SHOW NAME OF PROJECT AS IT APPEARS IN THE CONTRACT] having been 100% completed, except for Permitted Incomplete Work not yet due to be completed, it is requested that an Inspection for Final Completion be made promptly by the Design Professional in accordance with Section 6 of the General Requirements.” No Inspection for Interim Inspection for Punchlist Completion shall be made until such time as the Design Professional and Owner have received notice in the exact form indicated above. In the event the Contractor shall have issued the "Notice of Readiness for Interim Inspection for Punchlist Completion " prematurely, hereinafter referred to as a "false start," the Contractor shall be liable for the damage resulting from the false start including, but not limited to, the salaries, professional fees, and travel and living expenses of the persons or parties inconvenienced by the false start.

Notification of Readiness for Interim Inspection for Punchlist Completion. The Design Professional shall conduct the Interim Inspection for Punchlist Completion. The Design Professional shall confirm the Final Punch List has been completed including all Minor Items. Upon successful completion of the inspection, the Design Professional shall issue a Report of Interim Inspection for Punchlist Completion, noting any Permitted Incomplete Work which remains to be accomplished and the date by which it is to be completed. In the event all Permitted Incomplete Work has been completed at the time of this Interim Inspection, and the Design Professional so certifies, then this inspection shall be deemed an Inspection for Final Completion. In the event any Minor Item is determined to be incomplete, the Owner may give the fourteen (14) day notice of failure to complete the Work set forth in Section 6.2.3.

  • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

  • Response/Compliance with Audit or Inspection Findings A. Grantee must act to ensure its and its Subcontractors’ compliance with all corrections necessary to address any finding of noncompliance with any law, regulation, audit requirement, or generally accepted accounting principle, or any other deficiency identified in any audit, review, or inspection of the Contract and the services and Deliverables provided. Any such correction will be at Grantee’s or its Subcontractor's sole expense. Whether Xxxxxxx's action corrects the noncompliance shall be solely the decision of the System Agency.

  • Final Completion The full and final completion of all Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.

  • Time for Completion The Contractor shall deliver the material and/or services called for in the specifications/proposal and within the delivery time specified and in accordance with the terms of the contract. Work shall be completed within 30 days from the Notice to Proceed issued by the City of Sparks Purchasing Division. The Contractor shall not alter or vary any terms or conditions contained or incorporated herein, including but not limited to, the quantity, price, delivery date or date designated as After Receipt of Order (ARO) or date for commencement or completion of services as mutually agreed upon, unless such alteration or variation is consented to in writing by a duly authorized representative of the City. The City reserves the right to cancel resultant Contract upon ten days written notice in the event the type and quality of the product or work performance is unsatisfactory or in default, subject to Contractor’s right to cure as outlined in termination clause. This is a non-exclusive Contract and the City reserves the right to acquire the material and/or services at its discretion, from other sources during the term of this Contract.

  • Notice to Proceed Work shall not commence on this Project until the Director has issued a written Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with the Recipient's responsibilities concerning OEPA plan approval, when applicable. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.

  • Notice to Proceed (NTP Following the JOA and purchase order issuance, the County will issue a Notice to Proceed (NTP) that will provide the construction start date, the Work duration period, and the Substantial Completion date. The Contractor agrees to begin and complete construction within the dates specified on the NTP. The County must approve all extensions of time in writing. The County may also issue an Emergency Notice to Proceed (NTP). In the event the County requires the Contractor to respond to an immediate request for work, a Job Order will be created and an Emergency NTP will be issued. The Contractor will be required to perform the Scope of Work included with the Emergency NTP as directed by the County’s Project Manager or designee. The Detailed Scope of Work, Quotation, Subcontractor Listing, Shop Drawings and required Non Pre-priced backup documentation will be submitted upon completion of the emergency work in accordance with the Ordering Procedures detailed in Section III above.
