Estimated Production. If (i) the System is shut down for more than seven (7) full twenty-four (24) hour days cumulatively during the Term because of your actions; (ii) you take some action that significantly reduces the output of the System; (iii) you don’t trim your bushes or trees to their appearance when you signed this PPA to avoid foliage growth from shading the System; or (iv) your System is not reporting production to [Provider] (e.g. you have disconnected the [Monitoring System Name] system or [[the internet]] connection at your Home goes down on the reporting day), then [Provider] will reasonably estimate the amount of power that would have been delivered to you during such System or reporting outages or reduced production periods (“Estimated Production”) and shall consider Estimated Production as actual production for purposes of this paragraph. In the first year of the Term, Estimated Production will be based on our production projections. Estimated Production. UBE acknowledges that the estimated production of Distiller’s Grains at the Plant is 26,787 tons of Distiller’s Grains per month on a dry matter basis once the Plant is initially fully operational, but that HR may (but is not required to) expand the capacity of the Plant. If HR determines to materially expand the capacity of the Plant, HR shall give UBE written notice of such expansion, and of the estimated production of Distiller’s Grains at the Plant after such expansion, at least one hundred eighty (180) days before the estimated completion date of the construction activities related to such expansion.
Estimated Production. The estimated production for the first year of operation set forth on Page 2 of the Agreement may vary up to +/-20% in kWh and is based on various items including, but not limited to, weather, the system size, engineering design, and system loss factors. The estimated production is not a guarantee of kWh produced by the System. This Agreement does not contain any guarantees of: (a) a minimum level of performance or production of energy or (b) savings.

Purchaser estimates performance milestones for CIT Unit sales of 10 CIT Units for the first full fiscal year following Closing, and increased by ten (10) CIT Units for the second and each fiscal year thereafter. Minimum production shall be ten (10) CIT Units during the first two (2) years following Closing, such minimum production increasing each year thereafter by two (2) CIT Units per year up to a total minimum production of twenty-four (24) CIT Units for year ten (10) and thereafter. Buyer will use its best efforts to sell at least the minimum CIT Units per given year.
Estimated Production. We refer to this period of time as the “Term.” The Term begins on the Interconnection Date. The “Interconnection Date” is the date that the System is turned on and generating power. SolarCity will notify you when your System is ready to be turned on.
Estimated Production. In the following circumstances, SFE will reasonably estimate the amount of power that would have been produced by You during any System or reporting outages or reduced production periods (“Estimated Production”) and shall consider Estimated Production as actual production for purposes of this paragraph. Your Estimated Production will be impacted in the event that: • the System is shut down for more than seven (7) full twenty-four (24) hour days cumulatively during the Term because of Your actions; • You take some action that significantly reduces the output of the System; • You do not trim Your bushes or trees to their appearance when You signed this PPA to avoid foliage growth from shading the System;
Estimated Production. Estimated production of energy from the System is expressed as both monthly kWh and as a percent (%) of the estimated total annual production. The terms and conditions of this Master Agreement will apply and are intended to be incorporated by reference into one or more Solar Power Purchase Agreements (each, as further defined below, a “SPPA”) that may be entered into between Provider and Purchaser or between any of their respective Affiliates, except to the extent otherwise provided in such Solar Power Purchase Agreements. Except to the extent Provider and Purchaser (or an Affiliate of either) execute and deliver such a Solar Power Purchase Agreement, this Master Agreement shall have no binding effect upon Provider, Purchaser or any Affiliate thereof, and no Party shall have any obligation to enter into any such Solar Power Purchase Agreement solely as the result of entering into this Master Agreement.
