Construction Activities definition

Construction Activities means the disturbance of soils associated with clearing, grading, excavation activities or other construction-related activities.
Construction Activities. The physical activities associated with the construction of any on-site structure or civil site works including, but not limited to, the clearing, grubbing, grading, staging, installation, erection and placement of the Bid Facility, Energy Storage Component and electrical interconnection, as well as start-up and commissioning of the Bid Facility.
Construction Activities shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Construction Activities

Construction Activities means any actions undertaken in the designing or building of sewage treatment works projects, stormwater treatment projects, or nonpoint source projects. Construction activities include, but are not limited to, all of the following:
