Designation of the Parties. This Agreement is by and between the City of Santa Xxxx, hereinafter referred to as “CITY”, and the Santa Xxxx Management Association, hereinafter referred to as “ASSOCIATION”. Collectively, the CITY and ASSOCIATION are hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”.

AGL is a Delaware licensed life insurance company issuing the Contracts. The Contracts are registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").

The term “employee or “employees” as used herein shall refer only to employees employed by CITY in the employer classifications comprising said Unit as listed in Article 35, SALARIES, or as amended.

On this first day of July, 2020, at Sterling Heights, Michigan, the Utica Community School District located at Sterling Heights, Michigan, hereinafter designated as the “Employer,” “District,” or “Board”, and by The International Union, UAW, hereinafter referred to as the “Union.”

USL is a New York licensed life insurance company issuing the variable products set forth on Schedule A and any successor or additional products registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") and approved by the New York Insurance Department (as discussed in Paragraph ( c ) of this section entitled "NEW PRODUCTS") and shall be collectively referred to herein as the "Contracts."
