Conflicts of Law. It is mutually understood and agreed that this Lease shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, both as to interpretation and performance.

You agree that any action that may be filed by you elsewhere will be transferred to the appropriate court in Guam, if we decide we want it transferred.
Conflicts of Law. In the event any provisions of this Agreement are held to be in conflict with any state or federal law applicable hereto, the parties shall not be bound by the provisions affected by such law, but all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
