Common use of Conflicts of Law Clause in Contracts

Conflicts of Law. Guam Law and applicable U.S. federal law and regulations govern this Agreement, even if the laws of another jurisdiction govern your Account Disclosure Statement and other credit agreements with the Bank and even if your account is at a branch of Bank out of Guam or you reside or located out of Guam. You agree that any action that may be filed by you elsewhere will be transferred to the appropriate court in Guam, if we decide we want it transferred.
