Bank Branch means a branch of a bank as defined in other legislation,6a located within or outside the territory of the Slovak Republic, and authorised to accept deposits and provide loans directly;

Bank Branch means the branch of the Bank first described in the Facility Letter or as otherwise advised by the Bank from time to time.
