法律适用. 本协议的订立、生效、履行、解除、解释及争议的解决等均适用中华人民共和国法律（为本合同之目的，不包括香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区的法律）。
法律适用. 21.1 本合同适用中华人民共和国现行法律、行政法规和规章，如合同条款与法律、行政法规和规章不一致的，按照法律、行政法规和规章修改本合同。

法律适用. 和仲裁 (Application of law and Arbitration) ：（对应协议书 10.2）本合同的成立、有效性、解释、履行、签署、修订和终止以及争议的解决均适用中华人民共和国法律。 * 在履行协议过程中，如产生争议，双方应友好协商解决。若通过友好协商未能达成协议，则提交华南国际经济贸易仲裁委员会，按照仲裁申请时该仲裁委员会现行有效的仲裁规则进行仲裁。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方均有约束力。仲裁费用，除另有规定外，由败诉一方负担。 The establishment, validity, interpretation, performance, signing, revision and termination of the contract and the settlement of the dispute are all applicable to the law of People's Republic of China. All disputes arising from the execution of this agreement shall be settled through friendly consultations. In case no settlement can be reached, the case in dispute shall then be submitted to Southern China international economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Southern China international economic and Trade Arbitration Commission's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties. Arbitration fees shall be borne by the losing party, unless otherwise awarded.
法律适用. 18.1 本合同受中华人民共和国的法律管辖，任何与之冲突的部分都将作相应的修改。
法律适用. 本协议之订立、生效、解释、修订、补充、终止、执行与争议解决均适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律；如法律无相关规定的，参照商业惯例及/或行业惯例。
