Stock Units definition

Stock Units means investment units under the Deferred Delivery Plan, each of which is deemed to be equivalent to one share of Stock.

Stock Units means the credits to a Participant's Stock Unit Account under Article VI of this Plan, each of which represents the right to receive one Share upon settlement of the Stock Unit Account.

Stock Units means the credits to a Non-Employee Director’s Stock Unit Account, each of which represents the right to receive one Share upon settlement of the Stock Unit Account.

More Definitions of Stock Units

Stock Units means the share equivalents credited to the Common Stock Fund of a Participant's Compensation Account pursuant to Section 6.
