If a Board representative does not inform the Superintendent in writing on or before the seventh day after the regular December board meeting of the Board’s intention to consider the nonrenewal or amendment of this contract, the contract will automatically renew for a period of one year from and after the expiration date provided in Section 1 of this contract.
