Performance Units definition

Performance Units means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of cash, Shares or other securities as established by the Administrator.

Performance Units means Performance Units granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 9.1(a).

Performance Units means a grant of dollar-denominated Units the value, vesting or payment of which is contingent on performance against predetermined objectives over a specified Performance Period.

Examples of Performance Units in a sentence

• The following supplements Paragraph 3 of the Agreement: Notwithstanding anything in the Agreement, any payment in connection with the vesting of the Performance Units will be paid to you in cash through local payroll.
