Salary Grade definition

Salary Grade means the level into which positions of the same or similar value are grouped for compensation purposes.
Salary Grade means the salary and position classification used by the Company prior to January 1, 1994, or any comparable salary and position classification used by any other Employer.

More Definitions of Salary Grade

Salary Grade means a value indicator of a position with a corresponding fixed minimum salary rate;
