Salary definition

Salary as defined in Section 3.1(a).
Salary means the Executive’s annual base salary as in effect immediately prior to the Executive’s Qualifying Termination (or if the termination is due to a resignation for Good Reason based on a material reduction in base salary, then the Executive’s annual base salary in effect immediately prior to the reduction) or, if the Executive’s Qualifying Termination is a Qualifying CIC Termination and the amount is greater, at the level in effect immediately prior to the Change in Control.
Salary means the salary or rate of pay prescribed for the employee's classification by clause 3, Salaries, Part B of this Award, and any other payment that can be salary packaged in accordance with Australian taxation law.

Examples of Salary in a sentence

  • The Base Salary may be increased from time to time solely at the discretion of the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) (or committee thereof).

  • The Company will pay you the annual base salary set out in the Item "Base Salary" of the Summary of Key Employment Details, less applicable tax, based on your current classification under the Modern Award.

  • In addition to the Base Salary, Executive will participate in the Company’s Annual Incentive Plan and Equity Incentive Plan, and any successor incentive compensation plans, and be eligible for incentive compensation, to be paid in compliance with the terms and conditions of applicable incentive compensation plans (the “Incentive Compensation”).

  • In addition to the Base Salary, Executive shall be eligible to receive bonus compensation in such amounts and at such times as the Board (or committee thereof) shall from time to time determine and which shall not exceed $500,000 annually (based upon an annual period commencing June 1 in the applicable year and ending May 31 in the following year) (the “Bonus Compensation”).

  • Upon termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive will receive payments for all Base Salary and benefits accrued and payable as of Executive’s Termination Date, which shall be paid in accordance with applicable law.

Salary means a state employee's monthly salary or wages.
