Proposed Borrowing Base definition

Proposed Borrowing Base has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.07(c)(i).
Proposed Borrowing Base means any Borrowing Base proposed by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 2.4(c)(i).
