Borrowing Base Report means a Borrowing Base Report for the Borrower signed by an Authorized Signatory of the Borrower and in substantially the form of Exhibit D attached hereto.
Borrowing Base Report is that certain report of the value of certain Collateral in the form specified by Bank to Borrower from time to time.

Borrowing Base Report has the meaning described in Section 2.1.4 (Borrowing Base Report).
