Initial Borrowing definition

Initial Borrowing means the first Borrowing by the Borrower under this Agreement.
Initial Borrowing means the first Borrowing made pursuant to this Agreement.

Examples of Initial Borrowing in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Withdrawal Cap shall not apply to the Initial Borrowing.

More Definitions of Initial Borrowing

Initial Borrowing means the initial Borrowing to be made on the Closing Date which shall be or is comprised of (a) Advances and/or (b) L/C Credit Extensions.
