Program completion definition

Program completion means a degree, one-year certificate, transfer preparation certificate, short-term certificate, or special need certificate awarded to a student during an academic year. Certificates eligible to be counted as program completions shall be established by the Academic Affairs Council, and subordinate awards made by an institution to the same student in the same academic year shall not be counted as program completions. Degree completions shall have a weighting factor of 2.0. Eligible certificate completions of 24 credit hours or more shall have a weighting factor of 1.75. Eligible certificate completions of less than 24 hours shall have a weighting factor of 1.5.

  • DISTRICT shall maintain Program Completion Records for no less than 5 years.

  • The GLO shall disburse each Program’s retained funds within thirty (30) days following approval of each Program Completion Report and all related closeout documentation necessary to determine that Subrecipient has completed all Activities in accordance with the terms and requirements of the Performance Statement, the Contract Documents, and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

  • Prior to the Program Completion Date, any student from Party A can request to suspend the Program one time for a maximum of 60 days by submitting a written Suspension Application, indicating Suspension Start Date and Resumption Date, and pay the Program Suspension Fee as outlined in Appendix A.

  • If any of Party A’s enrolled students ceases to be an employee of Party A prior to his/her Program Completion Date, Party A shall immediately notify Party B in writing of said termination of employment.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.
