Project Completion definition

Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Xxxxxx Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;
Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.
Project Completion means, as determined by the Division, that the Project is complete to the reasonable satisfaction of the Division.

Examples of Project Completion in a sentence

  • Upon City review and determination of Project Completion, the holdback amount will be issued to Contractor/Service Provider.

  • Prepare Project Completion Report and submit to DWR no later than 90 days after project completion for DWR Project Manager’s comment and review.

  • No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Highway in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer.

  • Upon completing the project, the DWR Certificate of Project Completion and record drawings will be provided to DWR.

More Definitions of Project Completion

Project Completion means the final completion of all Services described in Section I.C of this Agreement.
Project Completion means satisfaction of all requirements of a grant agreement as determined after review or inspection by OPRD.
