If, following the completion of the audit, the Employer is found to have further violated any of the terms and provisions of the Collective Agreement, then, in addition to any other damages or payments which the Employer may be liable for, the Employer will reimburse the Union for the full costs of the audit. Such reimbursement is to be considered general damages owing to the Union and accordingly such amounts may be withdrawn from any bond of Letter of Credit which the Employer is or has been required to provide in accordance with the terms of the Collective Agreement.
