Deferral Election Form definition

Deferral Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the amount of the Deferrals.

Deferral Election Form means the form designated by the Committee for purposes of making deferrals under Section 3.1.

Deferral Election Form means such the form or forms as may be approved by Energen from time to time for use by a Participant to elect to defer compensation under the Plan.
