If an election is made by a Participant during the first Election Period to defer Bonus, the amount to be deferred for the first Deferral Year shall be determined by multiplying the amount of the Participant's Bonus earned for the Company's fiscal year ending in February 2000 by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days between September 20, 1999, and February 25, 2000 (the last day of the Company's fiscal year), and the denominator of which is 365.
The Administrative Committee may establish subaccounts within each Deferral Account for each Deferral Year, as may be necessary to properly record each Participant's deferral.
