Course completion or “completion” means a measure expressed as the percentage of enrollees who earned a grade of C or better out of all non-audit enrollees on or after the census date. More specifically, the numerator of the percentage calculation includes student course enrollments completed with grades of A, B, C, S and P. The denominator of the percentage calculation includes student course enrollments completed with grades of A, B, C, S, P, D, F, U, W and WI; student course enrollments completed with a grade of Incomplete are excluded from the denominator of the percentage calculation.
