L.124-18 of the education code). Each period of at least 7 hours of presence, whether consecutive or otherwise, is considered equivalent to one day of internship work, and each period equal to at least 22 days of presence, consecutive or otherwise, is considered equivalent to one month. La durée totale du stage est appréciée en tenant compte de la présence effective du stagiaire dans l’organisme, sous réserve des droits à congés et autorisations d’absence prévus à l’article L.124-13 du code de l’éducation (art. L.124-18 du code de l’éducation). A STUDENT is a Temporary Employee who is hired for a school vacation period, or semester period under a Co-operative Graduate School Program. A Student's employ may be terminated at any time without recourse to the Grievance Procedure, unless the Union claims discrimination under Article hereof as a basis of termination. A Student shall receive the minimum rate of pay for the job group in which is working. Without resorting to the Job Posting Procedure under Article the Employer is entitled to employ Temporary Employees who are Students during the period of April 15th to September 15th inclusive, each year, to perform work for the Employer, which duties are not specifically covered by a Job as set out under Schedule Student Employees shall be paid in accordance with the Student Pay Plan, Schedule except when performing tasks in the Construction Services Section, Public Works Department, then they shall be paid in accordance with Schedule Without resorting to the Job Posting Procedure under Article the Employer is entitled to employ for its Construction Services Section, Public Works Department, Temporary Employees to perform work for the Employer, which duties are not specifically covered by Job as set out in this Agreement. Subject to Article and the Employer shall follow the Job Posting Procedure under Article before employing any Temporary Employees. RA is the rate of pay for the classification in which an Employee is presently working. BASI C RATE is the rate of pay for the permanent job classification of the Employee. EMPLOYEE is a person employed by the Employer who is included in Article SCOPE, of this Agreement.
