Cash Election definition

Cash Election shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.2.

• Any employee who chooses not to receive health contributions by the District and who submits an affidavit of other coverage and a Cash Election In-Lieu of Medical Benefits form (Appendix J) shall receive a monthly amount equal to the District’s net contribution for the Kaiser single rate effective during the term of this agreement.

• For greater certainty, the election to receive cash pursuant to any Cash Election shall apply only to such individual Distribution Date or Distribution Dates specified in such Cash Election and no other Distribution Dates.

More Definitions of Cash Election

Cash Election means an election by the Company to redeem Class A Units for cash pursuant to Section 4.7(e)(ii) or an election by PubCo (or such designated member(s) of the PubCo Holdings Group) to purchase Class A Units for cash pursuant to an exercise of its Call Right set forth in Section 4.7(f).

Cash Election shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.7(a).

Cash Election is defined in Section 4.6(a)(iii) and shall also include PubCo’s election to purchase Units for cash pursuant to an exercise of its Call Right set forth in Section 4.6(g).
