Mixed Election definition

Mixed Election has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b)(iii).
Mixed Election shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.2.

  • Penn Virginia shareholders not making an election in respect of some or all of their shares of Penn Virginia Common Stock will receive consideration based on the number of Penn Virginia shareholders who make the Mixed Election, Cash Election and Stock Election.
