Assisting Party definition

Assisting Party means a party that provides assistance pursuant to this Agreement during an emergency or disaster.
Assisting Party means any Party furnishing equipment, personnel, and/or services to a Requesting Party under this agreement;
Assisting Party means a State, international organisation, any other entity or person that offer and/or render assistance to a Requesting Party or a Receiving Party in the event of land and/or forest fires or haze pollution.

Examples of Assisting Party in a sentence

  • The Assisting Party will reasonably assist the Defending Party and cooperate in any such litigation at Defending Party’s reasonable request.

  • The Company shall have no other liability whatsoever to Assisting Party.

  • However, this Agreement and the rights thereunder may not be assigned by the Assisting Party.

  • If either Party seeks to initiate a nullification or revocation proceeding against any such Patents, Know-How or other rights in response to prospective or actual Third Party Claims of Infringement, the Parties will coordinate and cooperate in regard to such proceedings in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 13.5 (Defense of Third Party Claims), with coordination and cooperation between the Defending Party and Assisting Party occurring via the Patent Coordinators.

  • Assisting Party B for administrative procedures, such as projecting, energy assessment, environment assessment, commerce registration and tax registration, all costs related to these procedures will be paid by party B.


More Definitions of Assisting Party

Assisting Party or “Responding Party” means the agency or organization which has received a request to furnish aid and assistance from another Party and has agreed to provide the same.
Assisting Party has the meaning set forth in Section 13.5 (Defense of Third Party Claims).
