Assistance to investigations In making the certification described in this subparagraph with respect to the as- sistance to investigation or prosecution described in clause (i)(I), the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall consider statements from State and local law en- forcement officials that the person re- ferred to in subparagraph (C)(ii)(II) has been willing to assist in every reasonable way with respect to the investigation and prosecution of State and local crimes such as kidnapping, rape, slavery, or other forced labor offenses, where severe forms of trafficking appear to have been in- volved.
Assistance to the Contractor in monitoring program performance, setting and meeting objectives, implementing methods, and complying with cooperative agreement requirements and other funding issues, through various methods including telephone consultation, site visits (and expanded site visits when appropriate), and site visit reports;

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by MLTC for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by MLTC, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit MLTC to route the MLTC Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by MLTC. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by MLTC and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at MLTC's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, MLTC will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. MLTC shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to MLTC’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Assistance Registry Operator will co-­‐operate and provide reasonable assistance to ICANN and the CZDA Provider to facilitate and maintain the efficient access of zone file data by permitted users as contemplated under this Schedule.

  • Transition Assistance If this Contract is not renewed at the end of this term, if the Contract is otherwise terminated before project completion, or if particular work on a project is terminated for any reason, Contractor shall provide transition assistance for a reasonable, mutually agreed period of time after the expiration or termination of this Contract or particular work under this Contract. The purpose of this assistance is to allow for the expired or terminated portion of the services to continue without interruption or adverse effect, and to facilitate the orderly transfer of such services to State or its designees. The parties agree that such transition assistance is governed by the terms and conditions of this Contract, except for those terms or conditions that do not reasonably apply to such transition assistance. State shall pay Contractor for any resources utilized in performing such transition assistance at the most current Contract rates. If State terminates a project or this Contract for cause, then State may offset the cost of paying Contractor for the additional resources Contractor utilized in providing transition assistance with any damages State may have sustained as a result of Contractor’s breach.

  • Peer Assistance and Review Program 1. MCEA and MCPS agree to jointly operate a Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Program. The PAR Program is a mechanism for maintaining systemwide quality control and ensuring that all MCPS teachers responsible for teaching students are functioning at or above the high MCPS standards of performance. It provides intensive assistance for any teacher who has not yet achieved that standard or who falls below acceptable standards. Assistance and review are provided to both experienced MCPS teachers in need of significant improvement and teachers in their first year of teaching.

  • EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM The District’s Educational Assistance Program will be continued during the life of this Agreement. Employees who wish to enroll in job-related and promotion oriented courses, which will improve their job knowledge, and performance will be compensated by the District for expenses as follows:
