Other Entity definition

Other Entity means any association or legal entity, other than a domestic or foreign corporation, organized to conduct business, including, but not limited to, a partnership, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, joint stock company, business trust, statutory trust and real estate investment trust.

Examples of Other Entity in a sentence

• The Corporation’s obligation, if any, to indemnify or to advance expenses to any Covered Person who was or is serving at its request as a director, officer, employee or agent of an Other Entity shall be reduced by any amount such Covered Person may collect as indemnification or advancement of expenses from such Other Entity.

More Definitions of Other Entity

Other Entity means any association or legal entity, other than a domestic or foreign corporation, organized to conduct business, including, without limitation, limited partnerships, general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures, joint stock companies, and business trusts.
