Common use of Time Limits Clause in Contracts

Time Limits. (A) Failure to initiate or appeal a grievance within the time limits in Section 4 shall be deemed a waiver of the grievance. Failure at any step of this procedure to submit a grievance to the next step within the specified time limits shall be deemed to be acceptance of the decision at that step.
