The Certification. Oversight Board shall report unresolved issues to the Bilateral Oversight Board and ensure the implementation of decisions reached by the Bilateral Oversight Board regarding this Annex.
The Certification. Oversight Board shall meet at regular intervals upon the request of either technical agent, and take decisions and make recommendations by consensus. It shall develop and adopt its rules of procedure.
The Certification. Pay Premium is not applicable to a Dispatcher in Training. When a Dispatcher in Training is promoted to the Dispatcher classification, he will be eligible for this premium in Article 4.03.01 starting in the pay period that the promotion took place.
The Certification. Reviewing Authority shall review the Disputed Determination and all relevant documentation that the Disputed Determination was based upon and all further ancillary documentation, and may consult with one or more experts, but shall accept and may not challenge the findings in the Certificate of Medical Finding;
The Certification. Reviewing Authority may confirm and uphold the Disputed Determination, and this shall be communicated to the Disputing Claimant; and
The Certification. Reviewing Authority may rescind the whole or any part of the Disputed Determination and substitute for it such determination as it may decide.
The Certification. Body may issue a notice in writing to the Applicant Organisation pursuant to this Clause 6 upon the occurrence of any of the following events:
The Certification. 30. The parties mutually agree that either party may terminate this Grant without penalty by giving thirty (30) days advance written notice to the other party. Grantee may not submit any invoices for expenses incurred after submission or receipt of a notice of termination.
