MULTI-TIERED SYSTEMS OF SUPPORT. School shall implement Multi-tiered Systems of Support (“MTSS”) and provide its MTSS framework for each school year to the Choice Programming Office and the Personalized Learning Department no later than September 15 of each school year. Additionally, School shall ensure that at least three (3) representatives from its multidisciplinary team(s) shall participate in yearly MTSS trainings.

MULTI-TIERED SYSTEMS OF SUPPORT. The District and Association recognize that the use of the MTSS Whole Child Framework enables teachers, ESAs, ESPs, administrators, students, and families to work together to ensure that each student has equitable access to opportunities that meet every need, enhance every strength, and move our system towards racial and educational justice. The District will continue to develop and provide guidance and materials to ensure there is a unified approach across the system that builds on educator knowledge and students’ strengths in order to support the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students, especially minoritized students furthest from educational justice. If a change of working conditions occurs as a result of these provisions, the parties agree to discuss it in AALT. If a solution agreeable to both parties is not achieved, either party may request to reopen this article.

  • Software Support Services 6.1 The Software Support Services shall comprise:

Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above.   • Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:

  • STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES The Parties will identify and collaborate on measures to assist those students who may not be performing satisfactorily to succeed. The School will seek guidance from the College designee(s) in the areas of test preparation, tutoring, College Connection services, academic advising, and the development of an integrated support system for Students across the two institutions. Students will have access to the same or similar tutoring and other academic support as provided for other students in the School District, School and College. To promote academic success, the Parties will provide academic support services as may be needed. The School counselor and its designee will work to ensure Students receive pertinent information regarding higher education, financial assistance, and assistance waivers for tuition and fees. As needed, each Party will assist families as they complete initial application and admission requirements per the respective organizations’ processes. The School District will be responsible for non-academic counseling services and the College is authorized, but not required, to provide emergency counseling intervention services. See section 4 – Disability Support Services.

  • Commingling of Resold Services with Unbundled Network Elements and Combinations of Unbundled Network Elements 6.7.1 To the extent it is Technically Feasible and pursuant to the terms of Section 9.1, CLEC may Commingle Telecommunications Services purchased on a resale basis with an Unbundled Network Element or combination of Unbundled Network Elements.

  • Web Hosting If Customer submits a Service Order(s) for web hosting services, the following terms shall also apply:
