Support Services definition

Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

Examples of Support Services in a sentence

• Supplier shall provide support for the Services in accordance with the Support Services Addendum provided to the Buyer as part of the Supplier's Application and shall provide the Cloud Services shall additionally be provided in accordance with the Service Level Addendum provided to the Buyer as part of the Supplier's Application.

• Supplier provides the Support Services solely in connection with the scope of the Services being provided to Buyer pursuant to a Call-Off Contract or its effective Order Form.

• ECS Support Services are available in the following service plans: (i) the Silver Support Plan (“Silver Support”), and (ii) the Platinum Support Plan (“Platinum Support”).

• Supplier shall make available and provide access to Support Services on a 24 hours a day, 365 days a year schedule.

• Supplier’s obligations under the Call-Off Contract are impacted and subject to Buyer providing Supplier with full cooperation (including potentially such information and access to the Services and/or Buyer’s systems within its environment) as may be reasonably required by Supplier in order to diagnose and/or troubleshoot any errors, and generally to provide the Support Services in a professional manner.

More Definitions of Support Services

Support Services or “IFS Support Services” means the support and maintenance provided or made available by IFS and purchased by Customer for particular Application Software, which includes different support options, as specified on the Notification Form. Support Services may be limited to certain software installation(s), instance(s), environment(s), language version(s), and country(ies) /site(s) as specified in the applicable Notification Form.

Support Services means the provision of support and maintenance services for SAP Business One Cloud by SAP and Partner as defined in Article 11 below.

Support Services means the software maintenance and support services Contractor is required to or otherwise does provide to the State under the Service Level Agreement.
