Working Order definition

Working Order means the Equipment operates in accordance with the Operating Manuals;
Working Order means that they may function less efficiently than when “new.”
Working Order means that the Central Heating System or Boiler (depending on which Plan You have chosen) is safe and operating efficiently and is expected to continue in that way for the period up to the Expiry Date. This does not mean that Your Central Heating System or Boiler (as applicable) will be free from all defects (including, without limitation, Intermittent Defects).

More Definitions of Working Order

Working Order means that said equipment, systems and appliances are functioning. It does not mean “like new”. "Working order" is to be verified by Buyer, and, if necessary, remedied prior to Buyer’s final walk through inspection. Seller shall not be required to clean or improve equipment, systems or appliances which are in working order. Buyer shall complete a final walk through inspection prior to closing and sign a final walk through form which, among other things, confirms that such inspection has been made, and that the Property, including but not limited to all equipment, systems, and appliances, is acceptable in “AS IS” condition unless otherwise specifically noted on the form.
Working Order means the Goods being in full operational use.
Working Order for purposes of this Section 10.5 shall mean that at the time of transfer of title hereunder that each such asset shall be capable of performing its intended function or task without repair. This Section 10.5 is not a continuing warranty or guaranty, direct or implied, by the Seller or any successor in interest. Purchaser has the duty and burden to ascertain the working order of all assets prior to and as of the Closing. If no defects in working order for any asset are noticed in writing by the Purchaser to the Seller within ten (10) days of the Closing Date, then the Purchaser shall have and shall be deemed to have waived all claims, damages of any kind whatsoever, losses of any kind whatsoever or other liabilities of any kind whatsoever based upon or resulting from any defect or failure of working order of any asset sold hereunder to the Purchaser by the Seller.
Working Order means an order which has been placed which instructs the Trading System to execute a trade when the market you have placed the order on reaches a specific price. This includes “stop” and “limit” orders.

  • Scheduling Order means the scheduling order to be entered pursuant to Rule 23.1 of the Rules of the Court of Chancery, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Adopting Order means an order of the Bureau adopting the terms of this Consent Decree without change, addition, deletion, or modification.

  • Financing Order means an order of the commission approving the issuance of securitization bonds and the creation of securitization charges and any corresponding utility rate reductions.

  • Approval Order means an order entered by the Bankruptcy Court, pursuant to Sections 363 and 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, authorizing and approving, among other things, (a) the sale of the Purchased Assets (b) the assumption of the Assumed Liabilities by Purchaser and (c) the assumption and assignment of the Purchased Contracts, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which will be in a form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Parties.

  • Bar Date Order means the Order (I) Setting Bar Dates for Filing Proofs of Claim, Including Requests for Payment under Section 503(B)(9), (II) Establishing Amended Schedules Bar Date and Rejection Damages Bar Date, (III) Approving the Form of and Manner for Filing Proofs of Claim, Including Section 503(B)(9) Requests, and (IV) Approving Notice of Bar Dates [Docket No. 482], as such order may be amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time.

  • Prescription drug order means a lawful order of a practitioner for a drug or device for a specific patient that is communicated to a pharmacist.

  • Bidding Procedures means the procedures governing the Auction and sale of all or substantially all of the Debtors’ assets, as approved by the Bankruptcy Court and as may be amended from time to time in accordance with their terms.

  • Bankruptcy Court has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Working Week means an average of 48 hours each week calculated over a 17-week reference period.

  • Final Approval Order means the order and final judgment approving the Settlement Agreement, implementing the terms of this Settlement Agreement, and dismissing the Class Action with prejudice, to be proposed by the Settling Parties for approval by the Court, in substantially the form attached as Exhibit 5 hereto.

  • Bid Procedures Order means an Order of the Bankruptcy Court that (a) is in substantially the form set forth as Exhibit A to this Agreement or otherwise in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Sellers and acceptable to the Buyer in its sole discretion, and (b) approves procedures for the solicitation and consideration of competitive bids for the Assets under the terms and conditions of this Agreement and authorizing the protections set forth in Article 11 for the Buyer.

  • Preliminary Approval Order means the proposed Order Granting Preliminary Approval of Class Action Settlement, Approving Form and Manner of Notice, and Setting Date for Hearing on Final Approval of Settlement, which, subject to the approval of the Court, shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Tariff Order means the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services (Eighth) (Addressable Systems) Tariff Order, 2017;

  • Customer Order means, with respect to a Participant or Authorized Trader, an Order or Request for Quote that has been provided to such Participant or Authorized Trader, as applicable, by or on behalf of a Customer.

  • Interim Order means the interim order of the Court, as the same may be amended, in respect of the Arrangement, as contemplated by Section 2.3;

  • Interim DIP Order means an interim order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the DIP Motion, which order shall be consistent in all material respects with this Agreement and otherwise in form and substance acceptable to the Requisite Parties.

  • Claims Procedure Order means the Order under the CCAA establishing a claims procedure in respect of the Applicant, as same may be further amended, restated or varied from time to time.
