Examples of Preliminary Approval Order in a sentence
The date of any Final Fairness Hearing shall be scheduled for a date no earlier than 120 days after the CAFA Notice is sent and Plaintiff will request that it be scheduled 150 days after the Preliminary Approval Order is entered.
As soon as practicable after the execution of this Agreement, Plaintiff will request that the Court enter the Preliminary Approval Order.
Lead Counsel and Settling Defendants’ Counsel agree to cooperate with one another in seeking Court approval of the Stipulation, the Preliminary Approval Order, and the Settlement, and to promptly agree upon and execute all other such documentation as may be required to obtain final approval of the Settlement.
