Upon Request. The Servicer shall attempt to sell the same (and may temporarily rent the same) on such terms and conditions as the Servicer deems to be in the best interest of the Certificateholders and the Trust Fund. With respect to each REO Property, the Servicer shall account separately for each REO Property with respect to all funds collected and received in connection with the operation of such REO Property. The Servicer shall deposit or cause to be deposited, within two Business Days of receipt, in the Collection Account, all revenues received with respect to each REO Property and shall withdraw therefrom funds necessary for the proper operation, management and maintenance of the related REO Property, including the cost of maintaining any hazard insurance pursuant to Section 2.10 hereof and the fees of any managing agent acting on behalf of the Servicer. The Servicer shall furnish to the Master Reporting Agent, on each Servicer Remittance Date, an operating statement for each REO Property covering the operation of each REO Property for the previous month. Such operating statement shall be accompanied by such other information as the Master Reporting Agent shall reasonably request.
