Servicer Remittance Date definition

Servicer Remittance Date. With respect to any Distribution Date, the 18th day of the calendar month in which such Distribution Date occurs or, if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately following.

Servicer Remittance Date. With respect to any Distribution Date, the Business Day prior to such Distribution Date.

• On each Master Servicer Remittance Date, the Certificate Administrator shall withdraw from the Excess Liquidation Proceeds Reserve Account and deposit in the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account any Excess Liquidation Proceeds required to be so transferred pursuant to Section 4.01(e) of this Agreement.

• On each Master Servicer Remittance Date in March of any calendar year, the Certificate Administrator shall withdraw from the Interest Reserve Account the related Withheld Amounts pursuant to Section 3.23 of this Agreement, and shall deposit any such amounts in the Lower-Tier Distribution Account.

• On or prior to each Servicer Remittance Date, each Servicer shall, to the extent provided in the respective Servicing Agreement, provide in an electronic format acceptable to the Master Servicer the data necessary for the Master Servicer to perform its verification duties agreed to by the Master Servicer and the Depositor.
