Extension Request definition

Extension Request has the meaning provided in Section 2.20(a).

Extension Request means any Term Loan Extension Request or a Revolver Extension Request, as the case may be.

Examples of Extension Request in a sentence

• Each such Extension Request shall indicate the date by which responses are requested (which shall not be less than ten Business Days after the date of such Extension Request).

• No Lender shall have any obligation to agree to have any of its Term Loans of any Existing Term Loan Class exchanged into Extended Term Loans pursuant to any Term Loan Extension Request.

• The Agent shall promptly notify each Lender of such request, and each Lender shall in turn, in its sole discretion, not later than the date indicated in such Extension Request, notify the Borrower and the Agent in writing as to whether such Lender will consent to such Extension Request.
