Unit Members definition

Unit Members or “Certificated Unit Member(s)” refers to any Unit Member who is included in the Certificated Unit described in Article II-B above, and therefore, covered by the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
Unit Members means all members of the Bargaining Unit, individually or collectively.
Unit Members refers to all members of the bargaining unit, both full time and part time, unless otherwise specified.

  • Bargaining Unit members will be notified in writing of a request for information from their personnel file.

  • Unit members shall not be held responsible for securing their own substitutes; however, teachers will utilize the Board’s computerized substitute system to report the day or days they will be absent.

More Definitions of Unit Members

Unit Members refers to any employee who is included in the appropriate unit as defined in Appendices F, G, and H, and therefore, covered by the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
Unit Members means those certificated persons for whom the Association is recognized as the exclusive representative.

Unit Members with an assignment less than 50% FTE: Unit members who are actively enrolled in 2 a Covered California Qualified High Deductible Health Plan as certified by the District shall receive 3 a District contribution of $500 per contract year into a District certified Health Savings Account. 4 Eligible unit members must meet all criteria and follow all procedures required by the District to 5 receive this benefit. The use of funds in the unit member’s Health Savings Account are subject to 6 all current laws and regulations compliance with which is the responsibility of the unit member.
