Class A Members definition

Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.
Class A Members means the Members holding Class A Units.
Class A Members means holders of Class A Capital Units who have executed and agreed to be bound by this Operating Agreement.

Examples of Class A Members in a sentence

  • Once the Class A Members have received an amount equal to their initial capital contributions as a return of capital , then the depreciation shall be split in accordance with Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3 and Class B ownership percentages.

  • The Class A Members shall contribute cash in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for each Unit purchased.

More Definitions of Class A Members

Class A Members means all such Persons.
Class A Members mean all Persons who hold Class A Units, meet the requirements of Section 4.2(a), are admitted as Class A Members and have not ceased to be Class A Members.
