Unit Agreement definition

Unit Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Declaration.
Unit Agreement means any unit agreement for a Unit from which the State takes or may take Royalty Oil.
Unit Agreement means any agreement for the development or operation of all or any portion of the Leased Lands with other lands as a single unit without regard to separate ownership and for the allocation of costs and benefits on a basis as defined in such agreement.

Unit Agreement means this instrument as originally executed or as it may from time to time be supplemented or amended by one or more agreements supplemental hereto entered into pursuant to the applicable provisions hereof.
