Unless otherwise expressly indicated, all dollar amounts referred to in this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents are in United States Dollars (“U.S. Dollars”), and all amounts owing under this Agreement and all other Transaction Documents shall be paid in U.S. Dollars.
For the purpose of determining standby fees, the Agent and the relevant Operating Lender shall determine the Outstanding Principal assuming the exchange rate for each day of any month is the Exchange Rate for conversions of United States Dollars to Canadian Dollars established by the Bank of Canada for the first day of such month.
Each Borrower shall pay interest on each SOFR Loan owing by it during each Interest Period applicable thereto in United States Dollars at a rate per annum, calculated on the basis of a 360 day year, equal to Adjusted Term SOFR with respect to such Interest Period plus the Applicable Pricing Rate.
