Share Unit means a unit credited by means of an entry on the books of the Corporation to a Participant pursuant to the Plan, representing the right to receive, subject to and in accordance with the Plan, for each Vested Share Unit one Share, at the time, in the manner, and subject to the terms, set forth in the Plan and the applicable Grant Agreement;

Examples of Share Unit in a sentence

  • A Share Unit Award Agreement may provide that the distribution may occur or commence when all vesting conditions applicable to the Share Units have been satisfied or have lapsed, or it may be deferred to any later date, subject to compliance with Section 409A, to the extent applicable.

  • Dividend equivalents shall not be distributed prior to settlement of the Share Unit to which the dividend equivalents pertain.
