Triple Net definition

Triple Net means, with respect to a lease, a lease in which the tenant pays not only for the use of the premises but also for the landlord’s operating costs, including taxes, maintenance and insurance. In the case of the some of leases of the properties, the tenant is also required to pay a nominal monthly fee in respect of property management, reflecting the single-tenant nature of the properties;
