Swing Line Loan definition

Swing Line Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.04(a).

Swing Line Loan means a Loan made available to the Borrower by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.5.

Swing Line Loan means at any time, the aggregate amount of Swing Line Advances outstanding to Borrower.

Examples of Swing Line Loan in a sentence

• Immediately upon the making of a Swing Line Loan, each Revolving Credit Lender shall be deemed to, and hereby irrevocably and unconditionally agrees to, purchase from the Swing Line Lender a risk participation in such Swing Line Loan in an amount equal to the product of such Revolving Credit Lender’s Applicable Percentage times the amount of such Swing Line Loan.

• The Borrowers shall repay each Swing Line Loan on the earlier to occur of (i) each refinancing date arising under Section 2.04(c) and (ii) the Maturity Date.

• The Loans, including the Swing Line Loan, shall bear interest and be payable in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Notes.

• Until each Revolving Credit Lender funds its Base Rate Loan or risk participation pursuant to this Section 2.04 to refinance such Revolving Credit Lender’s Applicable Percentage of any Swing Line Loan, interest in respect of such Applicable Percentage shall be solely for the account of the Swing Line Lender.

• The Administrative Agent, the Letter of Credit Issuer and the Lenders shall be entitled to rely and act upon any notices (including telephonic Committed Loan Notices and Swing Line Loan Notices) purportedly given by or on behalf of the Borrowers even if (i) such notices were not made in a manner specified herein, were incomplete or were not preceded or followed by any other form of notice specified herein, or (ii) the terms thereof, as understood by the recipient, varied from any confirmation thereof.

Swing Line Loan is defined in clause (b) of Section 2.1.1.

Swing Line Loan means a Loan made available to the Borrower by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.4.

Swing Line Loan and “Swing Line Loans”: as defined in Section 2.2(a).

Swing Line Loan means a Canadian Swing Line Loan or a U.S. Swing Line Loan, as applicable.

Swing Line Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.27(a).

Swing Line Loan as defined in Section 2.5(a).

Swing Line Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).
