Canadian Swingline Lender definition

Canadian Swingline Lender means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Toronto Branch, in its capacity as lender of Canadian Swingline Loans hereunder.

Canadian Swingline Lender means The Bank of Nova Scotia as the swingline lender for the Canadian Swingline Advances, or any successor swingline lender for Canadian Swingline Advances hereunder.
