Such request or issue will be provided by the Customer Application Manager with a clear description thereof (together “Incident”) to the Planon Support Desk (“Support Desk”), either: a) by phone or b) by email, or c) via the Planon website as further detailed in the most current version of the Planon Support Handbook.
