Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

Support and Maintenance Services means as set out in Schedule 1;

Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services offered by Sandvine for the End User of Hardware and Software eligible for support and maintenance services. Pursuant to this Support Plan, parts of the Support and Maintenance Services will be performed by Distributor and Sandvine, respectively. Support and Maintenance Services for the End User may include: technical support for Hardware and/or Software and Software upgrades.

For clarity, the Support and Maintenance Services are included as part of the license fee specified in the applicable Order.
Subject to the payment of the License Fees, Cosmian undertakes to provide Support and Maintenance Services under the conditions set out in Appendix 1.
The Support and Maintenance Services includes Upgrades to the Software as they become generally available to other Kong customers for the applicable Software during the relevant License Term.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the license of the Software, delivery of Support and Maintenance Services, and delivery of any Professional Services outlined in a SOW or Order (where relevant).

More Definitions of Support and Maintenance Services

Support and Maintenance Services means the services ordered by a Customer and described herein.

Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services for Products purchased by the End User to the extent applicable as identified in, and subject to, the End User Support Terms.

Support and Maintenance Services means those technical support and maintenance services for the Software made available by Ivanti under this Agreement.

Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services addressed in Schedule A.

Support and Maintenance Services means the services to be provided by the Supplier pursuant to these Support and Maintenance Terms as set out in the SOW;
