Sub-Contracts definition

Sub-Contracts means the contracts between the Contractor and its materialmen and mechanics in the furnishing of labor or materials for the Project.

Sub-Contracts means: any contract or purchase order, sub-contract or sub-order that the Contractor may conclude with any third party in connection with the performance of the Contract.

• RECORDS, AUDIT ACCESS AND OPEN BOOK DATA The Supplier shall keep and maintain for seven (7) years after the Call Off Expiry Date (or as long a period as may be agreed between the Parties), full and accurate records and accounts of the operation of this Call Off Contract including the Services provided under it, any Sub-Contracts and the amounts paid by the Customer.

• Where the Customer has consented to the placing of Sub-Contracts, copies of each Sub-Contract shall, at the request of the Customer, be sent by the Supplier to the Customer as soon as reasonably practicable.

More Definitions of Sub-Contracts

Sub-Contracts means the contracts entered into between the Concessionaire and the Sub- Contractors, which as of the Commencement Date are Design-Build Agreement between the Construction Sub-Contractor and Concessionaire, the Operating Agreement between Operating Sub-Contractor and Concessionaire, and the Tolling Services Agreement between E-470 and Concessionaire.
