Sub-Contracts definition

Sub-Contracts means the contracts between the Contractor and its materialmen and mechanics in the furnishing of labor or materials for the Project.
Sub-Contracts means: any contract or purchase order, sub-contract or sub-order that the Contractor may conclude with any third party in connection with the performance of the Contract.
Sub-Contracts means the contracts entered into by the Contractor and the Sub-Contractors;

More Definitions of Sub-Contracts

Sub-Contracts means the contracts entered into between the Concessionaire and the Sub- Contractors, which as of the Commencement Date are Design-Build Agreement between the Construction Sub-Contractor and Concessionaire, the Operating Agreement between Operating Sub-Contractor and Concessionaire, and the Tolling Services Agreement between E-470 and Concessionaire.
