Service Management definition

Service Management means the service management activities described in this Service Description.
Service Management means recruiting, employing, providing workforce development to, scheduling, supervising and evaluating direct care workers; ensuring the competency of direct care workers; providing quality assurance for the program; and maintaining community relations.
Service Management means the aspect of the Common Services described as such in Annex 1 of Schedule 2 (Services Descriptions) which the Service Provider shall ensure are delivered in line with ITIL and industry best practice.
